The Pacific Beach Planning Group (PBPG) is examining issues and solutions related to short-term vacation rentals, particularly their proliferation and impacts in the single-family zones. This is the fourth subcommittee meeting and will focus on proposed solutions.The next step: This issue will go before the full PBPG in an upcoming special community meeting (date TBD), after which PBPG recommendations will be forwarded to the City.
